EAP Reminder - For Group Plans Only!

Your student must submit a completed Verification of Enrolment regardless if he or she is applying for, or delaying their Education Assistance Payment.
If more time is needed to gather documents, encourage your student to delay their EAP to avoid disqualification

Changes in your financial situation may sometimes affect your savings strategy. If there is something new in your life, please login to the Customer Centre, download the Client Update Form and return it to us.

Helpful Tip:  Changing Personal Contact Information
If you modify your personal information, remember to update your Student’s and Joint Subscriber’s personal contact information too (if it applies).  Your Joint Subscriber (e.g. spouse or common-law partner) is required to register on our Customer Website to update their contact information on file.
